Automotive Paint and Copper Technician Course is an in-depth training program that combines knowledge and skills from both the auto body repair course (auto bodywork) and the auto painting technique course.

This course equips students with comprehensive skills in restoring and refinishing the exterior of a vehicle after a collision. Students will be trained in assessing body damage, performing basic and advanced repair techniques, and professional surface preparation, color mixing, and painting.

• Quantity: 10-15 students.
• Schedule: Flexible, can be arranged according to students' needs (2-4-6 or 3-5-7).
• Time: Morning 8:00am – 12:00pm or Afternoon 13:00pm – 17:00pm.
• Duration: 150 periods (3-4 months).

• Vehicle body structure, identification of damage types and impact effects.
• Repair technique with hand hammer and anvil.
• Body repair technique using MIG-CO2 welding machine.
• Body repair technique using gasket welding machine.

Automotive Painting Engineering Section:

• Overview of the car painting process.
• Surface preparation (metal surface treatment, plastic, putty).
• Use and maintenance of spray guns.
• Surface primer mixing and spraying techniques.
• Color mixing and spraying techniques for colored paint and clear paint.
• Polishing and paint defect treatment process.
