Automotive Engine Repair Course

Engine Repair Course is a course that provides students with knowledge of systems on gasoline and diesel engines. After completing the course, students will understand the structure, operating principle of the engine, check and evaluate the damaged state of the engine. Calibrate basic systems. Clean and maintain the engine properly.

• Schedule: 2-4-6 or 3-5-7.
• Time:
  • Morning 7:30 -12:00 
  • Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:30
• Duration: 75 hours.

• Classification of gasoline engines and diesel engines
• Structure and working principle of the system:
  • Fixed system
  • Power generation system
  • Gas distribution system
  • Lubrication systems
  • Cooling system
• Disassembly, assembly, and calibration procedures.
• Basic testing & diagnostics.
• Basic maintenance & repair.

5. Output Quality

• The description is structured.
• Describe the working principle of the motor.
• Use specialized disassembly tools.
• Disassemble and assemble parts and details.
• Identify cylinder No. 1, rotation direction, explosion order, overlapping angle.
• Can adjust the engine (air distribution angle, valve clearance).
• Check the installation status of parts and details (wear, leak, crack, open, stuck...).
• Clean, maintain, replace new parts and details.
