Pursuant to Clauses 3 and 6, Article 30 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP amended by Points A and D, Clause 17, Article 2 of Decree 123/2021/ND-CP stipulates:

Passenger vehicles (distance less than 300 km):

  • Individuals: Fine from 400.000 VND to 600.000 VND per person exceeding the allowed amount, maximum not exceeding 75.000.000 VND.
  • Organization: Fine from 800.000 VND to 1.200.000 VND/person exceeding the allowed number, maximum not exceeding 150.000.000 VND.
