Receiving and exploiting information from customers; Update customer information, vehicle information.
Consulting, repair quotes for customers;
Order the complete repair, estimate the repair time, deliver the vehicle when completed;
Together with the factory manager to check service quality and work progress;
Maintain customer relationship; Service revenue target of the workshop;
2/ Sales/ Sales staff: 04 female
Customer care;
Introducing, consulting and persuading to sell the company's product/service packages; suggest many choices for customers when buying products, fulfilling revenue targets;
Manage market development, search for potential customers;
Developing traditional and online sales channels, wholesale and retail channels;
Online marketing, reply to mail via IMS, Facebook, Zalo, website;
Writing effective SEO for websites, posting, editing, posting advertisements.
Requirements: FEMALE, college, university, preferably with 1 year or more experience, computer,
Professionalism, scientific work arrangement, honesty, enthusiasm, hard work.
