III / Specific tasks:

1. Receptionist:

When customers come to contact to work, Welcome to contact the departments to confirm there are guests coming to work, leading customers to the waiting room and invite water.

Support customer service advisors to receive demand, record information, draft documents, delivery and payment procedures.

Organize documents, documents related to the service., Report.

2. Customer care:

Carry out customer care and support activities, answer questions, poll customer satisfaction.

Solving customers' inquiries and complaints about the service, ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability, reporting.

3. Sell:

Introduce, advise and persuade customers about products / services;

Provide product information for sale, build trust, suggest many choices for customers when buying products, complete sales targets and reports.

4. Online Marketing:

Checking, booking, replying to customers' letters during the day via IMS, Facebook, Zalo, Website of the company;

Updating and renewing information on images and brands;

Advertise services and products of the company through sales channels;

Writing effective SEO for websites, posting, editing, posting advertisements.

IV / Standard:

Female, from 22 to 32 years old, good health, good-looking; Honest, agile, with progressive spirit, high sense of responsibility.

Qualifications: College, University of Economics / Foreign Trade / Marketing, majoring in Marketing, Good use of office informatics.

Priority Experience in secretarial and assistant work.
