• Chapter 1: Diesel Engine Fuel System Assessment (5 Hours): Learn to identify and draw block diagrams of the components in the fuel system of a Diesel engine.
• Chapter 2: Disassemble, check and adjust injectors (10 hours): Practice methods to determine damaged injectors on the engine and on the test bench, procedures for disassembling, checking and assembling Diesel injectors.
• Chapter 3: Disassemble, test and adjust PF high pressure pump (10 hours): Practice disassembling, assembling and balancing method of high pressure PF pump on single cylinder engine.
• Chapter 4: Disassemble, check and adjust PE high pressure pump (10 hours): Practice disassembling, assembling and balancing method of PE high pressure pump on multi-cylinder engine.
