The Automotive Control and Motion Systems Practical course focuses on providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills training on important systems such as braking, steering and suspension in automobiles.

  2. Chapter 2: Disassemble and check ABS and TCS brake systems (10 hours): Practice checking ABS and TCS systems on vehicles, methods of measuring parts, determining damage and repair measures.
  3. Chapter 3: Disassemble and check the steering system (10 hours): Study the structure and operating principles of the steering system, practice methods of disassembling, checking, assembling, maintaining the steering system, checking on the vehicle, determining damage and repair measures.
  4. Chapter 4: Disassemble and check EPS electric power steering system (5 hours): Learn the structure and operating principles of the EPS electric power steering system, practice measuring and checking the system, checking on the vehicle, determining damage and repair measures.
  5. Chapter 5: Check and adjust wheel alignment (5 hours): Study the uses, structures and methods of measuring, checking and adjusting wheel angles (Camber, Caster, KPA, Toe, Turning Radius), tire and wheel rim structures, and practice wheel balancing on the machine.
  6. Chapter 6: Disassemble and check Suspension System (10 hours): Study the structure and operating principles of the suspension system, practice methods of disassembling, checking, assembling, maintaining the suspension system and checking on the vehicle.
